I’m Ryza!

Hi! I’m Ryza, a 20-year-old student from Bongabon, Nueva Ecija. I’m currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Baguio. Aside from coding and studying, I love trying different matcha foods and drinks.

I created this website because of my love for matcha. Whenever I crave something sweet or comforting, I usually make my own DIY matcha recipes at home. All the recipes I share here are personally tested and experimented by me, and I’m excited to share them with you.

I’m not really a coffee person, but when I tried matcha for the first time, it instantly became my favorite. Some people say it tastes like grass, but for me, it tastes like heaven in a cup.

How My Love
for Matcha Began

My love for matcha started when a café opened in our town. At first, I didn’t order matcha because many people said it tasted like grass. But since I love exploring and trying new things, I decided to give it a try. The first sip changed everything. That’s when my love for matcha truly began.

The café that introduced me to matcha became my favorite place whenever I had cravings. Their drinks were high quality, and as an introvert, I appreciated how quiet, relaxing, and not too crowded the place was. From that moment on, every time I visit a different café, I always order matcha. It became my go-to drink and my little source of comfort.
